Apple has reported $6.62bn earnings in Q3 profits, but missed quarterly earnings targets impacting on its share price, down more than 6%. Analysts predicted earnings in the region of $7.25bn driven by sales of iPhones. However the total figure sold, 17.07 million units fell short of the predicted 19 million even though iPhone sales were up 21% from last year.
