Michael Jackson Death Photo
Joe Jackson, the father of Michael Jackson, has just filed legal docs asking a court to acknowledge Michael Jackson’s family a right to sue news outlets that published photos of Michael Jackson dead.
Entertainment Tonight were the first ones to show the Michael Jackson death photo, or at least the last picture of him that we have. He was being wheeled into the hospital on a stretcher but since reports claim that he was dead on arrival when he first got to the hospital – it is unsure whether he was actually dead the moment this picture was taken. Check out the Michael Jackson Death Photo for yourself on Google at your own risk.

Give Joe Jackson his son medical records, it was his son to regardless if MJ did not leave him a dime. He has a right to fight for what occurred for his son. I think MJ planned it well. Left his money to his mom and kids and left his father to fight for what occurred for him without the attorneys of his trust taking/withholding what he worked for against who he wanted to take care of. If he would have included Joe in the will, who would be able to fight against the wrong that was committed to him without the attorneys trying to use it as an excuse to stop giving them the trust as going against the no contest clause in MJ’s will? This is the best of both worlds for MJ. Counterbalance at its finest. He may have not agreed with his father, and had some issues with him, but that man has a right to do what he is doing. If MJ had left Joe all of his money no one would be saying anything. Well the truth of the matter is, Joe is his father. Father fight too when it comes to their kids. So what he does not grieve the way we think he should. We do not know what goes on when no one is around. What I do see is an angry father who is mad at what occurred to his son. I do not agree with him wanting to be supported by his son trust. I think Joe should do what he is doing and leave the trust alone. He also is hurt, maybe this is his way of going through it. What do we know. He made MJ. He did not want his son dead. Show him some mercy, MJ has made his wishes known. That has got to hurt his father. He needs to get over it and go on and continue the fight for MJ. He is not at the trust attorney command, or his son. Just because he is not at their command does not mean he should just lay down and not fight against what happened to his flesh and blood.
