Going to Buenos Aires?  We have hotel reviews for you.

Do you want to stay in Palermo Soho, the cobblestone street neighborhood which has been turned to a mecca for design stores, clothing botiques and trendy restaurants?  Give Legado Mitico a try, where each room is decorated in a peculiar theme to Argentina.  They have an Evita room, after the famous Argentine first lady, a Jorge Luis Borges room, for the Nation’s best known Author, and a General San Martin room, after the George Washington of the Southern Cone.  Still, this is not Vegas cheesy, the 11 rooms are done in a classy style, just steps away from the best of Buenos Aires’ tourist locations, close to Parilla (grill) La Cabrera  (sometimes voted the best in the city, along with Puerto Madero’s Cabaña las Lilas), La Cupertina (sometimes said to be the best empanadas in teh city) and B-blue bar, a new juice joint for those tourist who get sick of meat meat meat.  For another hotel in the area, try the Malabia house, for an affordable soiree into luxury.

For those travellers who want a more traditional luxury experience, there is always the Alvear Palace Hotel, a Buenos Aires landmark in the heart of the high end Recoletta neighborhood, close to the mausoleum filled cemetery, one of the most visited site in the city.  Close by as well is the Four Season, where stars often park themselves while on vacation in this southern gem.

We’ve got the in on the best Buenos Aires Hotels.
